We were invited behind the scenes to capture the production line of Keskin Fırın, one of the most beloved bakeries in Çeşme. Having recently undergone a major renovation and expansion, the bakery now operates on a scale that most customers would never imagine. What seems like a charming, everyday bakery from the outside hides a bustling production floor upstairs, where tradition meets efficiency to bring fresh, artisanal baked goods to life.

Stepping behind the scenes, we were immediately struck by the sheer amount of activity taking place at any given moment. Dozens of hands working in harmony—kneading, shaping, baking—each step of the process carried out with precision and passion.
